Kinstek ('we', 'us') is a trading name of a web design and digital marketing business operated from India. We serve businesses in Australia and elsewhere remotely. We have no office in Australia, and our Australian phone numbers are virtual numbers that connect to our team in India.

This website is a first point of contact: it shows our services and work, gives general estimates and lets you send us an enquiry.

Browsing this website, sending an enquiry, using the quote builder, and receiving a consultation, proposal or demo do not create a contract or any obligation on either side.

Work begins, and payment becomes due, only under a written Statement of Work (SOW) signed by both of us. No payment is due before the SOW is signed. The SOW sets out everything about your project, including scope, price, payment terms, timelines, ownership, support, hosting and liability. If anything on this website differs from your SOW, the SOW prevails.

We offer a free consultation and, for web projects, a free live demo of your design on a staging link. You pay nothing for the consultation, audit, proposal or demo unless you choose to go ahead under a signed SOW.

A demo and everything in it (designs, layouts, code and concepts) belongs to Kinstek and is provided for your evaluation only. You may not copy, reuse, publish or pass it to anyone else. No rights in it transfer to you until a signed SOW is in place and you have paid as it requires. Content you supply to us remains yours. We keep a demo available for at least 7 days after sending you the link, and may extend this or take it down afterwards.

When our website says 'zero upfront cost' or 'pay after 100% satisfaction', it refers to the consultation, proposal and demo: you pay nothing for them, and you pay only if you are happy with the demo, choose to proceed and sign an SOW.

Prices shown on this website (such as 'from $999') are starting points for the smallest scope, for example a single-page website or landing page. Estimates, including those from our quote builder, are non-binding and based on what you tell us. Your actual price is set in your SOW.

Timeframes shown on this website (such as '5-day delivery') are targets for typical, well-defined projects. Your project's timeline, including when it starts and what it covers, is set in your SOW.

All prices are in Australian dollars unless stated otherwise. Taxes, if any, are shown in your SOW or invoice.

Testimonials and results on this website are reported to us by our clients and shown with their approval. Figures such as leads, bookings or revenue are as reported by those clients and have not been independently audited. Results depend on many factors, including market, budget and how a business handles its enquiries. We do not guarantee similar results for you.

Offers on this website last for the period stated, and we take them down when they end. We may change or end an offer for future enquiries at any time. Offers you have already claimed and we have confirmed stay honoured. Bonuses have no cash value and can't be transferred. The scope, duration and usage limits of any bonus are set out in your SOW.

What you get. The combined reference value of available bonus items is up to AU$2,000, based on typical market prices for comparable standalone services.

Allocation and project scope. Every qualifying client with a custom website or digital project valued at AU$999 or more who claims code DIGIAU26 receives at least two (2) complimentary bonus inclusions. Specific inclusions and whether additional items can be bundled depend on your project scope, technical requirements, and infrastructure feasibility, and are agreed with you directly during discovery. For projects under AU$999, eligible bonus items are agreed on a case-by-case basis. Agreed bonus inclusions will be documented in your signed Statement of Work (SOW).

Eligibility and client limit. This offer is available exclusively to new, first-time clients of Kinstek. It is strictly limited to one (1) claim per client/business entity and is applicable only to your initial (first) project commission. Existing or returning clients, duplicate claims, or subsequent projects are not eligible.

Availability. This offer is available to eligible clients who submit a quote request with code DIGIAU26 and execute a binding SOW prior to the campaign deadline.

How to claim:

1. Submit a quote request on our website using promo code DIGIAU26 before 11:59pm AWST (UTC+8) on Friday 6 November 2026.

2. We confirm receipt and reserve your provisional offer slot via email.

3. Review, approve, and sign your SOW within twenty-one (21) days of our confirmation email. If the SOW is not executed within 21 days, the reserved promotional offer lapses.

Expiry. The Digiboost Offer and promotional code DIGIAU26 expire at 11:59pm AWST on Friday 6 November 2026. Claims submitted after this time are not eligible.

Exclusions and limitations. Complimentary bonus items cannot be exchanged for cash, credited against other project fees, or transferred to third parties. Inclusions exclude ongoing third-party recurring charges (such as domain registry renewal fees, paid third-party software/API licenses, and advertising spend paid directly to media networks like Google or Meta) unless explicitly detailed in your SOW.

If, before you sign your SOW, you give us a written quote from another provider for the same scope at a lower price than ours, we will match that price and also give you 5 years of free standard hosting for your project. Full terms are confirmed in your SOW. In summary:

▪Same scope. The other quote must cover the same deliverables (pages, features and integrations), be custom-built with the same or equivalent technology (for example Next.js, not a template, page-builder or no-code site), and match our timeline and post-launch support.

▪Genuine quote. It must be in writing, from an independent provider, dated within the last 14 days, and comparable in currency and taxes. We may ask you for a copy.

▪Timing. You must raise it before signing your SOW.

▪Our decision. We assess in good faith whether a quote qualifies, and we will tell you our decision and reasons in writing.

▪Limits. One guarantee per project. It has no cash value, can't be combined with other hosting bonuses, and applies to standard hosting within the usage limits in your SOW. It ends if the project is cancelled.

Our 'Our Work' section opens clients' live websites inside a viewer on our page. Those websites, their content and their trademarks belong to their owners, are shown with permission, and are outside our control. We are not responsible for their content or for how they handle data (see our Privacy Policy).

The design, text, logos and code of this website belong to us or our licensors. You may view it and share its link, but may not copy, scrape or reuse it commercially without our written permission.

Please don't submit false or spam enquiries, probe or disrupt the website's security, or use automated tools to scrape or overload it. We may block access, and may discard enquiries that appear automated or malicious.

Mentions of third-party platforms (such as Google, Meta, Vercel or Shopify) are descriptive only. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by them. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience, and we are not responsible for them.

Nothing in these terms or in any SOW excludes, restricts or changes any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded.

We try to keep this website accurate and available, but provide it 'as is' and do not promise it will be error-free or always online. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss from using this website or relying on its general information. Liability for project work is governed by your SOW.

These website terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction, subject to the previous section and any mandatory rights you have where you live. Disputes about project work are governed by your SOW. Before starting court proceedings, we both agree to try in good faith to resolve a dispute for 30 days after written notice.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. Changes do not affect offers we have already confirmed.
